Rear view Vision
My first therapist was poetry. Every so often I reflect back looking in the rear view mirror to see how far I’ve come. I often use the analogy of the “rear view mirror” in therapy as inspiration for those I serve who often get stuck in the past. Those for whom the traumas, transgressions, incidents can still leave them paralyzed in the moment.
